Nonno Giulio holiday house is a small apartment that can accommodate a couple or a family with children and is set in one of the most famous areas for Roman nightlife. Despite being on the first floor of the building, it has 4 meters high ceilings and therefore the rooms are large and help to give the necessary air and light. The structure has one bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and bathroom. The presence of wi-fi, LCD TV, telephone to make free local and long distance calls, guides and maps to support those who wants to discover every corner of Rome, with guarantee of full autonomy of movement. The fully equipped kitchen gives the possibility to cook foods at home, without necessarily having to go in restaurants. The house accessories range is completed by washing machine and drying rack.
THINGS TO REMEMBER/RULES OF THE HOUSE
● Check-out time will be for 10:00 am
● If you want to remain more time you’ll pay an extra: from 10:00 until 15:00 = +35 €; from 15:01 = +1 night
● If you want to leave your suitcase after 10:00 there is a shop with safes in front of main door of the building
● The TV and bathroom are ensuite
● Check-in time will be from 16:00 until 21:00, always with previous agreement! If you have any problems, will contact us and we will resolve them together, ok?
● Ask for a check-in in a different time means a fee of +35 € (before 16:00 and after 21:00); +50 € from 23:00 to 00:30; +65 € after 00:30
● It isn't allowed to have guests in your room without our permission
● Tourist tax will be paid by cash upon arrival for 7 €/night pro each person over 10 years old
● It is possible to host small size animals, previous agreement
SURROUNDINGS
Situated in the centre of Rome, Trastevere, with the main attractions just a short walk away, is the perfect location - The Pantheon (15 minutes), Piazza Navona (10 minutes) and the Colosseum (25 minutes). The area is also famous for the many small lanes with their ‘Sampietrini’(the small brick cobblestones that make up the street), the small artisan workshops and an abundance of restaurants offering traditional Roman fare.
